We purchased a Capstone home in Hidden Hills. Like many builders, Capstone works with a variety of subcontractors, and the quality can vary from one trade partner to another. Fortunately for us, Door and Window was their selected subcontractor. We were already very familiar with their work, as they supplied all the doors and windows for our primary residence in Talking Rock, which we built eight years ago. Because of that experience, we already knew the level of professionalism and quality they provide.
It was such a relief to work with a company that is accessible, responsive, and willing to work directly with homeowners to ensure everything is handled properly. Door and Window addressed every item we brought to their attention and returned several times for adjustments and follow-up repairs when needed. Each issue was handled promptly, professionally, and completed to our satisfaction.
We are truly grateful for their outstanding service and cannot say enough good things about the company and their team.

We are building a small home and didn't realize we should have ordered our windows about 5 months in advance because of the Covid domino effect.
We had a couple mix ups on the order and this company has really helped us out trying to make everything right. We are still waiting on a couple corrections but we really appreciate how they are handling everything.
Thank you all so much for stepping up! Look forward to hearing from you when our last window correction is made and we get the right screens back!

I am not sure why there are bad reviews here. I bought a custom model home from Sun Pine Homes and they are no longer in Prescott. I found out that my doors and windows came from The Door and Window Store here in Prescott. I have had noting but 5 Star service from them. I needed a new door sweep, I needed to figure out my how to adjust my auto door feature on the door hinges, I did not even know they were auto close hinges. I highly recommend The Door and Window store. Yes, sometimes they are busy. I always take a picture or the piece of the door I need which is pain full as my doors are solid wood 32 x 80 inches and extremely heavy. I find that if you give respect you get respect. Many times I hear customers that are clueless about what they need, using improper technology and expect the staff to be mind readers. Please give them a chance and I am sure will have the same wonderful experience I always have with them. As a matter of fact tomorrow is show them the weird shaped interior door privacy key I have one of and need 5 more of. I get a cup of coffee and wait while i am sure they will bring out the item I need.

The Door and Window Store is amazing. From the start of our new construction Cody was wonderful to work with. Always responsive and professional! He helped us with all selections from the windows to the trim package and was so wonderful and patient! The crew who installed our windows did an amazing job! So professional, clean and the windows are perfect! Soc and his trim crew were beyond exceptional, everything turned out perfect and the guys were so clean and polite! Anytime I called everyone here answered and was on top of it! I couldn't recommend a better company, The Door and window Store is a fabulous one stop shop and would highly recommend this wonderful company to anyone and will continue to spread the word of their exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.

The representative of The Door and Window Store named Joe came to my house in Pronghorn Ranch Prescott Valley on Friday Nov 18th to perform requested warranty repairs on my windows that are now one year old. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable and efficient at solving and repairing the issues that I had with the window locks not lining up and closing properly. He replaced one window catch lock for me. Thank you to Joe for his great service.
